When you purchase Abmation Tools, we collect the following information:
- Name: To personalize your license and communications.
- Email Address: To deliver your license key and provide support.
- Phone Number: For payment processing via Razorpay.
- Device Information: Hardware ID and PC name for license activation (machine-bound licensing).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your license key.
- To validate your license on activation.
- To provide customer support.
- To prevent unauthorized use of the software.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details or bank information. Razorpay handles all payment data securely.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your license information is stored securely on Supabase (cloud database). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure API access.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Razorpay: For payment processing only.
- Resend: For transactional email delivery (license key emails).
6. License Validation
Abmation Tools periodically connects to our server to validate your license. This transmits:
- Your license key
- Hardware identifier (for machine-binding)
- PC name
This data is used solely for license verification and anti-piracy protection.
7. Data Retention
We retain your license and purchase data for as long as your license is active, plus an additional 12 months after expiry for record-keeping purposes.
