1. License Grant
Upon purchase, Abmation Tools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, 1-year license to use the software on one (1) device. The license is bound to your machine and cannot be shared or transferred.
2. Intellectual Property
All scripts, code, designs, and assets included in Abmation Tools are the intellectual property of Abmation Tools and its creator. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the software.
- Redistribute, resell, or share your license key with others.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding.
3. Digital Delivery
Abmation Tools is delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your license key is generated automatically and sent to your email. No physical product is shipped.
4. License Activation
Your license is activated by entering the license key in the Abmation Tools panel within Adobe Animate CC. Each license key can be activated on one device only. Device changes require contacting support for a reset.
5. License Duration
The standard license is valid for 365 days from the date of activation. After expiry, you may purchase a new license to continue using the tools.
6. Offline Usage
Abmation Tools supports offline usage with periodic online verification. The software must connect to our server at least once every 30 days to remain active.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke or deactivate your license if:
- You violate any of these terms.
- You attempt to circumvent the licensing system.
- You share or distribute your license key.
- Fraudulent payment is detected.
8. Disclaimer
Abmation Tools is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all systems. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Abmation Tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
